How long do INSPIRATA body oils last?

INSPIRATA oils are generally kept for 2 years. Your nose is your best ally. If the oils are expired, the smell will be more rancid, like that of olive oil past its youth, but there is no health risk. Ultimately, you could use it as a bath oil.

Should I use oils before or after showering?
