We reserve the right, without obligation, to limit the sales of our products and services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product or service we offer. All product descriptions or pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

Our fees are quoted in Canadian dollars. We reserve the right to change these at any time and without notice. Our fees are non-refundable. Canadian taxes associated with our services will be collected when due.

6) Transactions between users

The winner of an auction is chosen by the advertiser, Inspirata Nature cannot determine a winner or intervene in the choice of a winner. The advertiser undertakes to deposit the amount requested by the winner and the winner will be able to access the amount deposited once the work has been completed.

You are solely responsible for collecting and remitting all taxes applicable to the performance of a service or work for which the contract was obtained through an auction on the Inspirata Nature website.

6) Comments

The site includes comment sections allowing an exchange of information between Inspirata Nature and users and interaction between users. We reserve the right at all times to monitor, correct, refuse to post or remove, in whole or in part, any information or materials that we deem, in our sole discretion, objectionable or in violation of these Terms, as well as refusing access to the site to a user. Users who access comments undertake not to do the following:

  • Using the name, image, likeness or voice of a person without their authorization for any purpose other than legitimate public information or to allege or impute facts that may harm the reputation of a person, without first verifying its accuracy;

  • Use the comments for commercial purposes of any nature whatsoever, use the services offered to conduct or send any study, contest, pyramid scheme or chain letter, spam, carry out hacking or perform any other unauthorized or illegal act.

You therefore undertake to use comments in accordance with these conditions and in a reasonable manner, more particularly, you undertake to ensure that none of the messages you make on the site are defamatory or likely to infringe rights of publicity or privacy of any person, does not contain obscenities, incite hatred or otherwise give rise to civil or criminal liability on the part of any person or entity .

The Inspirata Nature site contains links to third-party sites or external sources that take you away from the site. We are not responsible for the content of third party sites, the links they contain or any changes or updates made to them and we offer no guarantees regarding them.

10) Hyperlinks to the INSPIRATA AYURVEDA site

In order to promote all users who use Inspirata Nature's services, we encourage hyperlinks to our site. However, we do not wish to be linked to third party sites:

  • which contains illegal, threatening, insulting, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, licentious or indecent material, information or comments of any nature whatsoever or even comments which are the manifest expression of bigotry, racism, hatred, harassing or encouraging civil liability or otherwise violates any local, provincial, federal or foreign law, or link to this type of information, material or content; And
  • that contains material, information or information that violates the rights of others, including material infringing privacy or personality rights, copyright, trademark or other property rights.

10) Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the province of Quebec (Canada). Any dispute related to these will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Quebec.

Inspirata Nature's failure to enforce strictly or otherwise any provision of these conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or provision.
